| Butler First United Methodist Church (Butler Pennsylvania) is seeking to fill a position of Pastoral Care. This person will give first wave care to the needs of members and will recruit, train, and deploy volunteer lay-care givers to assist in this ministry. In addition, the candidate will assist with other pastoral duties; weddings, funerals, teaching, preaching. The successful candidate will be a self starter, have a passion for people, enjoy working on a staff team, and will understand how to leverage pastoral care opportunities for evangelism, discipleship, and service.
