Our worship services are contemporary, incorporating dynamic music, multi-media, and relevant teaching. The music is energetic and vibrant. Weekly messages are centered on the Bible and provide practical applications to life's situations. Messages are relational and will inspire you to draw closer to God, family and friends. The Worship Arts Pastor is a high-level leadership position that plays a very prominent role in many critical aspects of the life of the church. This individual must have exceptional administrative skills with extensive experience in leading blended and contemporary worship services with excellence. Spiritual maturity, strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to work on a collaborative leadership team are a must. An advanced academic degree in music would be a plus. Programs currently in place include an adult choir, adult and youth praise bands, and adult and youth praise teams. This position will also provide leadership to other department leaders also associated with our worship ministry. We are a very dynamic and challenging church, so this individual would need to be very knowledgeable and confident in who they are in Christ, and highly developed in their ministry gifts.
