Evergreen Community Church is seeking a Senior Pastor gifted in the areas of leadership and vision implementation.
Are you from a purpose driven church environment with a culture of vibrancy and growth? Are you gifted as a pastor to work both strategically and collaboratively with staff, board and congregation members to see a mission statement become reality? Have you exhibited success in fostering team unity through staff and congregational development while maintaining organizational discipline?
The church at Evergreen is established with over 350 believers. We are a servant hearted and loving congregation. God has given us a beautiful facility in a prime community location. We are seeking a Senior Pastor who can help us steward these resources and move us forward in expanding God's kingdom in our congregation and local community.
We are seeking a visionary leader who can mobilize our body of believers to effectively implement our mission statement; Reach Up (authentic worship), Reach In (believer growth) and Reach Out (winning the lost).
