This position oversees the mission and outreach of First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest, IL and reports to Pastor Head of Staff. Works closely with the Mission Committee and mission partners here at the church and represents the church in meetings with agencies throughout the community. Estimated average time is 25 to 30 hours per week with variations based on grant cycles.

- Supports the annual grant-making process.
- Work with Mission Committee and Deacon outreach committees to help develop and oversee congregational and community communications plan including: website updates, bulletin/newsletter inserts, social media updates, Mission Partner presentations and bulletin board updates.
- Work with Pastor/Head of Staff, Mission Committee and Deacon outreach committees to develop an engagement process for Mission and congregational outreach.
- Support the Rummage Committee Activities.
- Support the Mission dollar fundraising efforts including Rummage and Auction
