To be a lover of Jesus
To believe in the inerrancy of the Bible
To enjoy ministry through music and consider it a calling from God
To be an encourager
To be a person of prayer
To believe in the giftings of the Holy Spirit and to desire more of the Lord
To agree with and support the statement of faith of our church
To lead worship at both our traditional and contemporary services with music that honors both services
To be willing to flow with the movement of the Holy Spirit during worship
To be willing to encourage others to join the worship team
To lead worship practice during the week (presently it is on Wednesday night)
To be willing to lead a worship service from 7 to 8 on Wednesday night
To participate at special events, ex: Chrisrmas, Good Friday, sing-a-longs, etc.
