Technical Director Job - Casas Church, Tucson, Arizona

The Technical Director would:
-Ensure a high level and consistent execution of all production values for the Sunday morning service, including: Sound, lights, data, Camera-IMAG, etc.
-Oversee two fulltime Tech employees.
-Coordinate and delegate duties to one shared, full-time Administrative Assistant.
-Be responsible for all A/V maintenance, coordinating with the IT department, in all buildings on the Casas campus.
-Cast and oversee all Tech volunteers for the Sunday Service.
-Staff the technical needs for any events, such as weddings, funerals, etc...
-Directly report to the Associate Pastor of Worship.

Desireable, though not always mandatory, skills:
-Pro-level audio skills
-Lighting design knowledge
-Strong Management skills
-People over product oriented
