Job Description:
This is your opportunity to join the team of a fast growing and influential church in the Phoenix area. Cornerstone was planted 14 years ago and is currently running over 6,000 in attendance. We are_noemailmitted to creatively going after people who are far from God and then helping them grow up in their relationship with God. The Executive Pastor works directly with the Lead Pastor to be an implementer of the vision and values of the church. Applicants should have strengths in the following areas: leadership, strategy and administration, as well as strong relational abilities. He should have a high level of_noemailpetency and experience when it_noemailes to areas of leadership, staffing, project management, and_noemailanizational structure. As a minimum, applicants should have an earned a Bachelor's Degree in an area of concentration that has equipped them for this role and should align with the vision, values, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone.
