Job Description:

Westside Church is seeking a Paid Part Time Worship leader who can work with our pastoral team to create dynamic, energetic, and creative worship experiences for our congregation. The successful candidate will lead a worship band that can "celebrate Jesus" and also "intimately approach the throne of God". He must be able to manage teams of people and develop people in their gifts for the overall worship ministry. Our style is free, exciting, Jesus focused, and not based in performance over presence. We evaluate and value the participation of the congregation in our worship services. We use multimedia, drama, visual illustrations, and creative elements.
