Minister, English-Speaking Adults Job - First Chinese Baptist Church, Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California

Focus of Position
Shepherd our English-speaking adults (married couples and single adults aged 40 and above) who may or may not be currently attending fellowships. Be responsible for the flock's need in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, worship/prayer, fellowship, and service.

Key Duties
a. Lead the English Adult ministry team to plan, strategize, implement and evaluate to grow the people, the ministry and God's kingdom.
b. Oversee the budget of English-Speaking Adult Ministry.
c. Develop and oversee fellowship ministries/opportunities for English-Speaking Adults.
d. Teach English-speaking Adults via Sunday School or other activities.
e. Recruit and equip leaders for English-speaking Adult Ministry and to help develop and train workers for other church ministries in conjunction with other pastoral staff members' needs.
f. Assist in other general pastoral duties as directed by pastor-in-charge or designee.
g. Establish and oversee a system of caring for English-speaking adults.

Accountability
1. He/she will be under the general care and supervision of the pastor-in-charge or designee.
2. He/she is responsible for all the decisions made by the Ministry Team.
