EXECUTIVE STAFF POSSITION
-- Full partner in the architect and design of worship
-- Must be passionate about "mission and vision of Colonial"
-- Must be able to "get the brand" and make it "who we are" in worship
-- Must be able to connect with the Senior Pastor and other catalytic leaders at the heart level.
-- Full benefits and retirement -- (you even get an office and not a cubical)

DEVELOPER OF LEADERS (Team driven)
-- Recruit, train, manage, and lead outstanding volunteer teams of musician, audio, video, worship leaders, and worship teams across all areas of the church.
--Able to_noemailmunicate vision, give away ministry, articulate expectations, evaluate and pursue excellence.
-- Must be an excellent "farmer" cultivating and harvesting multiple generations of worship and tech teams. This is our version of farming in the city.
-- Comfortable both leading from the stage and leading from the wings.

CREATIVE IMPLEMENTATION
-- Craft worship environments and experiences that reach across our multi-cultures and generations yet center and connect with our target group of parents with young families. Yep -- we agree this is challenging. That is why we are looking to hire you.
-- Willing to continually experiment and develop diverse worship elements.
-- Both a skilled musical craftsman as well as a skilled mentor and developer of others.
-- Able to_noemailmunicate the story through multiple channels other than music... ie: video, drama, and other creative elements. We want to live outside the box yet not be weird to normal everyday people.
-- Passionate about using creative arts to grab the attention of seekers and connect them with the story of Christ so that they discover how their lives fit into God's story.
-- Passionate about using creative arts to grab the heart of the believer and engaging their passion for God.
-- Able to make the secular sacred.

HEALTHY INDIVIDUAL
--Must be willing to work hard, be honest and real with the team (you won't be doing this alone), put your family first (we actually mean this), and be able to laugh and maintain your heart in the challenge and fun of team ministry.
