Faith Church is an Evangelical Free Church on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio. With an average attendance over 1100 (of which 275 are children - birth through 6th grade), Faith seeks to "to make more and better disciples around the world."

We are seeking a full-time Children's Ministry Director for birth through 6th grade.

Children's Ministry Director should be a person who is:
a mature, growing believer,_noemailmitted to the Word
experienced in working with children and children's ministry
skilled and experienced in_noemailanization, project and staff management
skilled in relating to and working with parents, children and volunteers
gifted in recruiting and training volunteers

Children's Ministry Director's responsibilities:
Insure the security and safety of our children
Come alongside parents in the spiritual development of our children
Create an environment of trust and positive relationships with parents
Manage the use of facilities and resources in CM
Oversee the week-to-week administration of CM
