Job Description:

Christian Hill Community Church (CHCC) is seeking a dynamic follower of Jesus Christ who is being called to lead and disciple our Jr. & Sr. High age youth. CHCC is_noemailmitted in being God's "Plan A" and is_noemailmitted to our u_noemailing generations as an intricate_noemailponent as we do this in three simple ways:
1. Reach Up - Come together in unified worship.
2. Reach Across -Build strong relationships with one another.
3. Reach Out - Serve together to reach out with the love of Jesus Christ.

CHCC currently has an attendance of 550 to 600 while experiencing healthy and steady growth in our youth and children's attendance.

The CHCC Youth Pastor will be tasked with developing, planning, implementing and leading a vibrant youth program that will develop young people into devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Applicant must have experience and references for serving in Youth Ministry. They must have a contagious energy for leading and coaching youth. They must have leadership giftedness and strong_noemailmunication and_noemailanizational skills.
