Job Description:
ROCK Church is a Spirit filled, multi-racial, non-denominational church located in beautiful Wilmington, NC just minutes from the beach. Our average weekend attendance is 450-500. We are doctrinally similar to the Assemblies of God and strategically aligned with the Association of Related Churches (relatedchurches_noemail).
ROCK Church is dedicated to the creative arts utilizing music, video, dance and visual arts during worship. We believe it is imperative to inspire, train and release the next generation of artists in the church. Each week, young people are empowered to worship and lead with their gifts.
We are looking for a worship and creative arts pastor to develop multiple teams, train worshipers and lead in a wide range of styles from Israel Houghton and Tye Tribbett to Jesus Culture and Hillsong United.
As a multi-racial church in the deep south, we have a strong desire for this position to add to the diversity of our ministry team.
