Job Description:
Christian Hill Community Church; www.christianhill_noemail , is a growing, exciting independent Evangelical Christian Church seeking a full time Executive Pastor. The job description is two fold:
1 - Person will be responsible for leading, and team building, a staff of 7 to 10 as well as many ministries with a strong volunteer base.
2 - Person will be responsible to support and enable the giftedness and calling of the Senior Pastor.
This person must have leadership gifts and experience as well as strong_noemailmunication skills.
Specific salary and benefits will be considered based on experience.
