Job Description:
New Pilgrim Baptist Church (www.newpilgrimbaptist_noemail)(http://www.facebook_noemail/newpilgrimbaptist) is a growing and exciting multicultural_noemailmunity with families representing over 30 different nations. In August 2011, the church_noemailpleted a $5 million building project in a promising multicultural neighborhood. The church is seeking a full time Executive Pastor.
The Executive Pastor will be responsible for team building and managing a staff of 10 to 15 people, including associate ministers and office personnel. The candidate will also assist ministries with a strong volunteer base. The Executive Pastor will be expected to support and enable the giftedness and calling of the Senior Pastor, up to and including teaching small groups and pulpit preaching.
Applicants should have an undergraduate or graduate degree from a credible seminary. Candidates without a degrees or with degrees in business with church work experience, will be considered. Applicants should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, leadership gifts, people skills and strong_noemailmunication skills.
Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience. A relocation package is negotiable.
