Kids Ministry Rockstar! Job - Liquid Church, Morristown, New Jersey

You are:

An outgoing, enthusiastic "people person" who connects well with Staff, Volunteers, and parents
Knowledgeable in the needs of children and their development and willing to do "out of the box" children's ministry

You will be:

Providing the vision and direction for the Liquid Kids ministry at a campus
Working under the leadership of the Liquid Kids Director and the Campus Pastor to fulfill the vision of Liquid Kids
Leading and overseeing the weekend Liquid Kids ministry at one campus; ensuring adequate coverage and facilitating all weekend worship services
Responsible to have full knowledge of the training, orientation and observation of Liquid Kids team members during weekend worship services in order to appropriately facilitate these activities
Leading teams of paid employees and non-paid volunteers who make up the Liquid Kids team
Planning and_noemailanizing all campus-specific or efforts in cooperation with central leadership
In attendance of all required central and campus-specific events as directed by the Campus Pastor, central leadership, or Liquid Church leadership.

Minimum requirements include:

At least 3 years of ministry experience in a church of 500+ OR
At least 3 years experience of distinguished leadership in a public or private school setting
