Job Description:

Killearn United Methodist Church is seeking a Student Ministry Coordinator to lead and direct the activities of the youth program. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain relationships with the youth and their families. Furthermore, the coordinator must be able to work as a team member on a large staff. Organizational skills and the ability to_noemailmunicate effectively are required. Preference will be given to applicants who have previous experience in a ministry of the United Methodist Church, and maintain a personal and professional theology consistent with the church (i.e. Wesleyan theology). In order to effectively lead this youth program and be accessible, it is necessary that the coordinator reside in Tallahassee. A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree with a strong emphasis on human relations skills is desirable.
The salary range is $35,000 to $50,000.
Salary will be_noemailmensurate with education and experience.
