Worship/Creative Arts Director Job - House on the Rock Family Church, Wind Gap, Pennsylvania

HOTRFC is a faith building inter-denominational_noemailmunity which has an opening for a full-time contemporary worship arts director. The primary responsibilities are as follows:

1) Leadership, direction, and recruitment of contemporary praise band and vocal team
2) Administration,_noemailanization, and leadership of the music/arts ministry
3) Direct, train, and coordinate media services
4) Plan and supplement special events and services

We support the worship director with dedicated musicians, sound and lighting technicians, and media equipment within an active multi-generational church.

We are looking for a creative Spirit-led individual_noemailfortable working in a theologically diverse environment. This individual must have good vocal, instrumental, and_noemailmunication skills. As this position is center stage we prefer applicants with two years experience and a degree in worship arts or a related field.
