WORSHIP – Primary Responsibility
 Worship Team Leadership
o Organize and facilitate all aspects of Hope Covenant Church's worship services regarding the worship team.
o Recruit new worship team members as well as evaluate current worship team to maintain performance standards.
o Pastor worship team members by providing spiritual guidance and direction.
o Lead worship planning team in the_noemailanization of each service including the selection of music,_noemailanization of theme, media needs and drama/art forms.
o Communicate all sheet music needs and special music needs with the church secretary.
o Organize and lead worship team rehearsal Thursday nights.
o Budget planning and input to Financial Resource Team.
 Production Team Leadership
o Organize and facilitate all aspects of Hope's worship services regarding the production/technical team including sound, lighting, and media.
o Recruit new technical team members as well as evaluate current team to maintain performance standards.
o Pastor technical team members by providing spiritual guidance and direction.
o Organize training and introduction of new visual/media materials when available.
SKILLS DESIRED
Up-front_noemailmunicator, skilled singer, experienced band-leader with the ability to manage time effectively. Solid understanding of the performing and visual arts in worship. Effective_noemailmunication skills. Ability to develop future leadership and cast a vision for worship at Hope Covenant Church. Proficiency with_noemailputer programs including MS Office. Ability to coordinate drama and art activities.

COMPENSATION
Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) with potential of going to full-time in 6-12 months. Hourly rate established by qualifications and experience.
