Community Pastor - Young Adults Job - Summit View Church, Vancouver, Washington

This role requires the development of multiple_noemailmunities of non-paid leaders, disciplers and support teams who are passionately_noemailmitted to the spiritual growth of young adults in all aspects of Summit View's five-fold identity (see our web site). All our pastors work as teammates to advance the life and mission of Summit View in all aspects; this role specializes in the development of an inter-generational culture throughout the church and missional_noemailmunities among those considered college and early career. Vital to this position is a role as a regular member of the Summit View Preaching Team.

We are an elder-led, inter-generational, multi-campus_noemailmunity church with an average Sunday attendance of 1,300. We are consumed with advancing the glory of God and His gospel through transformational discipleship and missional living. We believe this happens best in the context of smaller, relational environments that are integrated into the normal flow of life.
