Job Description:

Broadview Evangelical Free Church, a church of 400 + in Salmon Arm, B.C., is looking for a Children's Ministry Pastor to lead a team of adult and student volunteers to nurture a vibrant children's ministry program involving more than 200 kids. Key program areas currently include: Awana, Day Camp, Nursery, Sunday School and Kids Worship Team. This is very much a "lead the leaders" role and as part of the pastoral staff, this energetic and_noemailmitted self-starter will be responsible to recruit, equip and train people to lead children to Christ and promote their spiritual growth.



The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

-Purpose in their faith in Christ

-Strong Biblical knowledge,

-Experience in children's ministries,

-Strong recruiting and_noemailanizational skills,

-Effective_noemailmunication skills,

-Supportive leadership style



This is a key role and requires a_noemailmitted individual to think big, pray hard and lead with purpose.
