Production Manager
Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting the audio and visual needs of the Fort Mill/Rock Hill Campus This includes mixing sound during practice and weekend services, and assisting with the needs of Advance, Warehouse, and special events as needed. Additional responsibilities includes recruiting, training and developing volunteers, maintenance and upkeep of all production equipment, and support worship environment with appropriate and inspiring visuals via lighting, smoke, and use of video content.
Qualifications for this position include a working knowledge of mixing live sound on a digital audio console (specifically a Digidesign Venue Profile, SC48 or D-Show, Yamaha PM1D/5D or DiGiCo SD7/SD9) on a high end line array audio system, experience in a broadcast video environment with HD cameras/video switchers and program lighting on a moving light console (Jands Vista i3/T2, GrandMA or Hog III) to enhance the audio/visual aspect of the worship service. 2-4 years of experience in live production as well as 1-2 years experience in a church environment preferred.
