Youth Pastor
Job Description:
Do you have the kind of leadership that has teens following you anywhere? Are you able to lead an urban sized youth group in a Dukes of Hazard Culture? Are you a rock star team-builder? Does the thought of inspiring young people to be part of something bigger than themselves, fill you with excitement? Then you might be the person Pittsfield Assembly is looking for! We are a church of 350 people in a rural area with a youth group of 75 junior and senior high students with the possibility of reaching many more.
The role of Youth Pastor is for natural-born leaders with the ability to lead the development of middle school and high school programs. You hold the primary role of leading, influencing, teaching, inspiring, shepherding, and caring for teens at Pittsfield Assembly and of developing passionate volunteer leaders.
This is a full time salaried position. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Self-confident, secure and more passionate than power-hungry
A team player no matter what
Able to lead a high impact youth ministry in a laid back culture
Looking for an opportunity of significance and not a career stepping stone

You will be:
Responsible for leading and growing middle school ministries at Pittsfield Assembly
Responsible for leading and growing high school ministries at Pittsfield Assembly
Developing leaders and volunteers passionate about teens
Minimum requirements include:
3 years experience serving in a youth ministry of least 100 or more.
Musical ability and media experience will be a plus
