Job Description:
Garden Ranch Baptist Church is searching for a quarter time youth pastor who could work 10 hours per week. Salary is approximately $600 per month based on education and experience.
Responsibilities include leading weekly Wednesday night youth group, planning one youth activity per month, and participate in one quarterly event such as youth camp and youth missions trip.
Qualifications include a personal spiritual walk with God, enthusiasm, apt to teach the Bible well, leadership, the ability to counsel and disciple students, and the ability and willingness to recruit, train, and empower other adults to participate in youth ministry. Some formal training in Bible College is preferred.
