LEAD PASTOR, CHURCH AT THE FALLS

Church at the Falls invites applications for the full-time position of Lead Pastor, from qualified
candidates who seek to minister in a contemporary and dynamic church environment. Serving
with a Directional Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide leadership and vision
for a Niagara Falls-based LifeChurch.tv Network church. We are one of many autonomous
Network churches around the globe that use video teaching. We are currently looking for a Lead
Pastor to join our_noemailmunity and grow with us!
Qualifications: An experienced, dynamic leader; a motivating team-builder; passionate about
evangelism; experienced and knowledgeable in leadership (corporate and church
environments); able to deliver relevant Biblical messages when called upon; has strong
with demonstrated interpersonal skills; and, can have fun and laugh with colleagues. Possessing
a musical talent and being technologically savvy would be a we_noemaile asset, but not required.
In addition, the successful candidate must be able to preach only 4-6 weekends annually; teach
and lead small, medium and large groups; connect with the Niagara Falls and Niagara
church staff and volunteers; oversee the church budget; and, facilitate pastoral care
responsibilities.
Located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Church at the Falls is 6 years old and partners with
one of the most innovative churches in the world, LifeChurch.tv. As a church of approximately
150 people, we use the weekly teachings and additional resources from LifeChurch.tv as part of
a theatre-based weekly Experience to help our church reach and disciple our_noemailmunity. Craig
Groeschel is our teaching pastor. We are non-denominational and benefit from being affiliated
with Vision Ministries Canada.
