Youth Director

We are seeking an above-average Youth Director/Pastor who has a history of growing youth ministry in the local church to join our multiple staff and lead our sponsors and youth in their walk with Christ in_noemailmunity with our congregation. Our Director of eight years left in May to b_noemaile a church pastor.
Position – This is a full-time position at the Program Staff level with a full-time above-average_noemailpensation and benefits package to match. It invites high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a high work ethic.
Skills/Strengths/History
Christian lifestyle
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five years full-time youth ministry
Above average presentation/worship skills
Technologically up to date
United Methodist preferred, mainline denomination considered
Values and has experienced growth in terms of number of youth and sponsors involved
