Responsibilities:
„« Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the Praise Service working with the Senior Pastor, the Praise Worship Committee, and the various church_noemailmittees.
„« Direct rehearsals with musicians, praise team, vocalists, drama teams, and technicians to produce a faithful and praiseworthy worship service.
„« Recruit and coordinate volunteer vocalists, praise band members, drama teams, and sound / video projection technicians.
„« Deal with the day to day operations of Praise Worship coordinating with the total church for facility needs, promotion of services and programs,_noemailmunication of events and plans, and coordination of themes to affirm the church Vision and Church Mission Statements.
„« Work with the Praise Worship Committee and the pastors of the church to plan, produce, direct, and develop themes that will both coordinate with the Christian year and the spiritual needs of the worshipers and members.
„« We_noemaile, recruit, receive young families leading them to missional service, and spiritual growth and care through small groups, personal study, and regular worship.
„« Recruit, train, develop, and lead servant sound volunteers for various programs, worship services, classes, and groups in the church.
„« Assist and contribute to the annual and day to day administrative duties of the church including annual stewardship campaign, physical plant renovations, coordination of set-ups and tear-down as needed, staff coordination needs, and staff requirements as described in the Staff Handbook.

Qualifications:
„« A personal statement of faith and a vital and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
„« An understanding and agreement with Wesleyan and United Methodist theology and doctrines.
„« A musical, technological, and human relations background that (academic and or experiential) required to produce excellence in praise worship.
