IBC is a church with increasing_noemailanizational, operational and developmental needs due to growth of nearly 100% over the last 2 years. This has created an evident need for an Executive Pastor who can provide strategic oversight in the development, administration and implementation of IBC's ministries which would allow the Senior Pastor to focus on casting the vision, preaching and teaching, developing key relationships and counselling.

Position Summary:

The Executive Pastor will have a supervisory capacity both over the majority of the staff, many of the church ministries, and will also be the primary interface with the congregational leadership groups. In light of the ethnic diversity at IBC, the Executive Pastor must therefore be an excellent_noemailmunicator in order to effectively assist the Senior Pastor in leading the multi-cultural congregation and staff. The Executive Pastor will also be working under the leadership of the Senior Pastor to implement the vision, mission and strategic direction of IBC, and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation and implementation of key initiatives. The Executive Pastor would also provide a supporting role in preaching and be responsible for some areas of teaching, and will be called upon to act in the role of Senior Pastor if he is absent.
