Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to help our multi-generational church follow hard after God each week. This individual must have a deep love for Christ and the giftedness to personally engage a diverse crowd and help them see Jesus in Bible-saturated, Gospel-centered song. This individual should love using choir, ensembles and various forms of instrumentation and orchestration to lead our church in blended worship. (Stylistically we model Prestonwood Baptist in Plano, Texas.) Formal music education is desired and great people /_noemailanizational skills are essential.
