Adult Discipleship Director
Job Description:
This is a full-time position responsible for implementing the vision of all adult connection and discipleship environments, as well as serving as the primary LifeGroup (small group) Director for the Ballantyne campus. Duties include searving as part of a multi-campus Adult Discipleship Leadership Team to determine implementation strategy for initiatives, implementing Starting Point, identifying, recruiting and developing potential LifeGroup leaders, serving as pastoral support for LifeGroup leaders and participants and conducting New Life in Christ classes.
Qualified candidates will have 5 years of ministry experience (either paid or volunteer), the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment and strong verbal and written_noemailmunication skills. Seminary and leadership experience a plus.
