Job Description:

Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead youth ministry further in excellence and impact. The Youth Pastor will lead Grace's youth ministry into a powerful agent of change for the Kingdom in the region. This person will develop and cast vision and implement strategy for the ministry, special events, discipleship, outreach, inreach, teaching, training, and student care. The Youth Pastor will build, inspire, train and equip dynamic teams of adult volunteers and oversee paid and unpaid youth ministry staff/interns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jesus; multiple years of experience in the field of working with youth and building teams; a heart and proven track record for ministering to youth; effective_noemailmunication skills; and a bachelor's degree in education, bibilical studies or a related field. Grace Community is a growing church with a high value for reaching, abiding, equipping, and releasing with over 1,000 regular attendees.
