Job Description:
Red Bank United Methodist Church in Chattanooga is looking for a self-motivated leader for our Children's Ministry. The candidate should have previous Children's Ministry experience. A college degree is preferred. The Children's Director will be responsible for all aspects of a dynamic ministry for children birth through 5th Grade. Some of the basic responsibilities include: Children's Sermon, Children's Church, Pioneer Club on Wednesday Evenings, VBS, Upward Football, Special events, and mission opportunities.
The candidate should:
1.Be a deeply_noemailmitted Christian.
2.Love children.
3.Know how to establish and grow an exciting children's ministry.
4.Be a self-starter.
5.Be able to establish a ministry plan, stay within a budget, and implement the plan.
6.Be able to lead, recruit, and_noemailanize volunteers.
7.Be a team player.
