Director of Traditional Worship
Job Description:
University Presbyterian Church, a large and vibrant urban church next to the University of Washington campus, is opening a full time Director of Traditional Worship position. This position is responsible for traditional worship on Sundays through the leadership of music ensembles, encouragement of teams that cultivate other traditional liturgical arts for worship, and education and equipping in the congregation and wider educational and ecclesial_noemailmunity. Requires thorough expertise in a wide variety of sacred choral repertoire, minimum five years experience with demonstrated success in directing church choirs, previous experience in directing instrumental groups (ensembles, orchestras), proven leadership skills and an ability to think strategically.
