Job Description:

We are seeking a man to lead our music ministry, which includes an 80 voice choir and 20-25 piece orchestra. We are a traditional / blended congregation of about 950 on Sunday mornings. We also have a love for southern gospel music, hosting 3 or 4 major national groups each year. Successful candidate will have experience with large choirs and orchestras, a good platform presence and leadership ability. Specific degrees are not required. Salary is based on qualifications and experience, and includes full health coverage and paid vacation. We are an independent Baptist congregation, affiliated with the Baptist Bible Fellowship International. Our church website is www.bbcwilmington_noemail.
