Part-time Contemporary Worship Director - Presbyterian Church in Westfield, NJ

Hours: 10-15 hours/week, including Sunday mornings and weeknight rehearsals
Seeking a Worship Leader and Director of Music for a new Contemporary Worship Service. Director will lead a praise band, select music, lead worship and work with pastors, program staff and volunteers to plan and implement service. Candidate will be a_noemailmitted Christian with a desire to minister the word of God to the congregation through music. Effective interpersonal and_noemailmunication skills as well as strong administrative and leadership skills will be expected. An a_noemailplished keyboard, guitar, or bass player is preferred, and a good understanding of sound system technology and use of media software is desirable.
