Job Description:
Fowlerville UB Church is currently seeking an experienced, passionate individual with a heart to reach the youth of our congregation and our_noemailmunity. The ideal candidate will have a desire to see youth b_noemaile Everyday Disciples Who Love God and Love People. This position would work closely with our Children's Pastor and Family Ministry focus in alignment with the vision of the church leadership. As a church we have a strong history in serving families with children and youth. We are currently seeking a strong fit to write the next chapter for this ministry area.

Desired Qualifications
Fowlerville UB is seeking to call a new Youth Pastor to serve in the area of (6th – 12th Grade) Family Ministries. We are looking for a proven leader with a professional and educational background that makes them an obvious consideration for the role. Previous demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in a large church setting is a must.
Strong candidates would have:
*A readily observable, growing Christian faith and life.
*A passion to pastor the students, and their parents, to b_noemaile everyday disciples.
*Relational. This personal must lead with a pastoral heart.
*Leadership ability. This person must be able to cast a contagious vision for the youth ministry, and the spiritual development of students and families.
*Speaking ability. Able to effectively_noemailmunicate to inspire students, parents, and leaders.
*Management skills. This person must be able to recruit, mobilize and empower students and adults to do the ministry of the church (6th-12th grades).
*The ability to plan and implement strategies that grow youth ministry numerically and spiritually.
*Ability to think out of the box.
This position would be a direct report to the Senior Pastor. The church is Elder governed and staff led, meaning the Elders work with the Senior Pastor on high-level vision and values that set the tone for all ministry initiatives, but all the year-to-year decisions and strategic planning are done by the staff, under the direction of the Senior Pastor.
