Qualifications;
Bachelor degree and 3-5 years as a minister of music. Will consider years of experience for qualified candidates.

Competicies
Skilled Musician on multiple instruments is preferred
Knowledge and proven ability to direct different instruments
Knowledgeable and_noemailfortable with diverse music styles including Gospel (traditional and contemporary, contemporary Christian, hymns etc.
Develop music and arts ministries
Able to_noemailanize, administrate, and plan rehearsals, worship services and special events
Work with the Senior Pastor and other staff to plan special events and features
Competent in training of vocalist and musicians
Able to lead staff and volunteers effectively.
