Minister of Music & Arts Job - Keller Springs Baptist Church, Carrollton, Texas

Qualifications:
Bachelor and/or Seminary degree preferred. Will consider experience as education
3-5 years of experience as minister of music, worship leader etc.
Skilled musician on multiple instruments is preferred

Competencies:
Knowledge and proven ability to direct different instruments
Knowledgeable and_noemailfortable with diverse musical styles and genres including Gospel (traditional & contemporary), Contemporary Christian, Hymns, etc.)
Develop music and arts ministries (i.e. praise team, dance, drama
etc.) Ability to work with staff musicians and volunteers
Proficient in vocal training.

Core Responsibilities
Plans and leads worship for Sunday, midweek services and special events.
Plan,_noemailanize, coordinate and schedule all rehearsals and service schedules for all volunteers (music, media, greeters etc.)
Works with the Senior Pastor and production team to produce services and special events or special features.
Meet with Senior Pastor, production team and musicians on a consistently to manage worship schedule
