Lead Pastor Job - International Christian Fellowship of Warsaw, Warsaw, Other

ICF was established in 1997, relocating to new dedicated premises in early 2013, and continues to grow rapidly with attendance doubling in the last two years. Currently with one Sunday service, attendance is typically 120-150 persons across a range of ages, backgrounds and nationalities, with a good Polish representation. The church also facilitates a number of Bible study groups, youth group and children's ministry, and various outreach programs.

ICF continues to have a positive impact on the lives of people in Warsaw, which in turn has an impact all over the world as families and individuals from our_noemailmunity move on to other postings or return to their home countries.

With ICF's continued rapid growth, we are seeking an individual to join the team to lead us through developing our vision for the future, actively drive the growth plan, and equip and mentor others for roles in ministry. Gifts should include teaching, preaching and_noemailanizational skills. Minimum requirements for this role are a Seminary degree plus at least 5 years church ministry experience as a Lead Pastor or Associate Pastor.
