Children's Ministry Director Job - Calvary Bible Church, Boulder, Colorado

The purpose of the CM Director is to aid in the implementation of that mission by providing leadership and direction for CM so that children might develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that families and children would grow together in spiritual maturity. Erie CM director will collaborate effectively with Boulder campus CM Director and the entire Calvary Bible Church family ministries team. Core values of the ministry are, teaching the Bible creatively, worship, children being known and loved, safety, fun, Christ-centered teaching and relevant for children. Children's ministry e_noemailpasses nursery through 5th grade.

Requirements:
Born again with clear evidence of a Christian lifestyle.
Called to ministry and proven by education and/or experience.
Experience as an_noemailanizational leader of healthy, growing teams.
Agreement with Calvary Bible Church Constitution and EFCA Statement of Faith.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Gives oversight and direction to the Erie Children's Ministry.
o Oversees nursery, preschool and elementary ministry areas.
o Lead, develop and coach volunteer coordinators of the nursery, preschool, creative Bible teaching and other areas.
o Oversee leadership of check-in and security procedures

Maintains_noemailmunication and promotion for Children's Ministries—both within the church and for outreaches to the_noemailmunity.
Provides leadership to Children's Ministry volunteers. Recruit, develop and train new and existing leaders and teachers

Authority
The Director of Children's Ministries in Erie has the authority to carry out and develop these ministry responsibilities in harmony with the Constitution of the church.
