Richland Lutheran Church is a spiritually mature congregation, searching for a Director of Music and Worship who is eager to help the church live out its newly adopted Guide and Vision for the future. The position offers tremendous personal and professional growth opportunities in a setting where enthusiasm for musical diversity is appreciated. The nine existing staff members are highly team-oriented, working collaboratively with Christian leadership and unwavering support from the Lead Pastor. Richland is located on the Columbia River in south-central Washington State.
