Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated young person who wants to see the kingdom of God grow and be relevant in the lives of the young people of our_noemailmunity. We are not looking for a baby-sitter in ministry, but one who willl help create an atmosphere among our young people that will foster a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The candidate must be able to do the following:
1. Recruit and train volunteers
2. Lead youth mission trips, events, and activities
3. preach youth services on Wednesday nights and two Friday nights/month
4. Develop youth leaders, providing them with the opportunity to use their
spiritual and natural gifts in ministry
5. Attending staff and planning meetings regularly
6. Assist in other ministries of the church
Qualifications
1. College degree
2. Must be a team player,_noemailmitted to the overall vision of the church
3. A strong ability to connect with teens and parents for assimilation
4. An effective_noemailmunicator
6. Ability to use social media to_noemailmunicate with young people
7. Musical ability, and some knowledge of church video and audio
equipments are a plus
