Job Description:
North Way Christian Community is a large non-denominational, multi-campus church located in the western Pennsylvania area, near Pittsburgh. We are in search of a Worship Leader for one of our Pittsburgh area campuses.
The successful candidate for this position would:
Serve as a primary worship leader in the campus.
Run band rehearsals.
Assist in developing new worship leaders.
Attend programming team meetings to provide creative and practical input
for service arrangement and service/event flow.
Assist the Worship Pastor in providing creative direction for the Worship
Ministry while serving as one of the primary worship leaders at the
Wexford campus.
Qualities of a successful candidate:
Practice a high degree of discretion, tactfulness and confidentiality.
Displays drive,_noemailmitment and dedication to the_noemailanization's mission.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other staff members, volunteers and
others.
Edication and experience:
Skilled musician/vocalist_noemailposer with minimum of five years experience
in a music/worship environment in a large church.
College degree or equivalent experience in music/vocals preferred.
