Worship Pastor Job - harvest community church, Kittanning , Pennsylvania

Harvest Community Church actively engages video technology to support our Sunday Worship services. Harvest is an independent, non-denominational church that is led by a team of Elders (vocational + non-vocational) with three campuses. Each campus has an independent volunteer worship team. We are prayerfully seeking God's direction for a potential 4th campus. The church hosts a weekly Sunday morning attendance of around 700 – 750 people at the 3 locations with about 550 at the Kittanning campus. The open position will serve at the Kittanning Campus as well as being an essential resource for our two additional campuses.

All services are currently contemporary music with a strong focus and desire to worship our Lord through God exalting praise and worship music. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading musicians and vocalists. Planning weekly service flow and music selection that will enhance the sermon message is also a key responsibility. Spiritual maturity to disciple team members as well as serving the church is essential to the pastoral position.

The position will report to the Executive Pastor for administrative and operational oversight. The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual guidance and development on an ongoing basis.

A progressive_noemailpensation package that includes Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision insurance plans, as well as a salary in the range of $35,000 to $45,000 depending on education and experience will be negotiated.
