Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Children's Minister who loves God and has a deep and growing relationship with him.

Our church is located in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. We have a growing congregation of families with young children. We have a full time pastor, associate pastor, youth minister, and children's minister on staff. Our current children's minister is moving out of Alaska. We are looking to hire someone who is a mature Christian, who is a leader, but also a team player, who is_noemailanized, dedicated, and a good_noemailmunicator. We desire someone who has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of church work experience.

A full job description is available in a Word document upon request. It includes, but is not limited to, managing a children's ministry team, selecting curriculum and training teachers, developing and implementing a program for tweens (grades 4-6), providing annual parenting classes on subjects such as spiritual development and discipline.
