Student Pastor Job - Forest Hill Church, Charlotte, North Carolina

Specific Duties:

Create a culturally relevant and engaging atmosphere that will attract students of diverse backgrounds, with the goals of helping them grow as disciples who Know Christ, Grow in Christ and Go for Christ
Be a visionary and empowering leader –gifted at vision-casting and strategic development for a_noemailprehensive, relevant, and dynamic, Christ-centered Student Ministry
Help students grow in their faith and develop a Biblical worldview through LifeGroup participation and service
Recruit, oversee, develop and encourage adult and student volunteers who serve and assist with shepherding students
Develop and maintain relationships with parents of youth
Work with Student Pastors from other FHC campuses in a collaborative manner

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 yeas of experience in student ministry, a degree from an accredited 4-year university or college, excellent_noemailmunication skills, and self-directed. Interested parties should send their resume to hr@foresthill_noemail.
