Director of Youth, Young Adult Ministries and Contemporary Worship Job - Resurrection Lutheran Church, Scottsdale, Arizona

The Leader of this ministry is responsible for growing followers of Jesus through spirit-led worship, discipleship teaching, fellowship and growing a_noemailmunity in mission. This person must be able to relate the Gospel message to the culture of today, make the Bible relevant for youth and young adults and lead the transformation of our contemporary worship service. The position requires a balance between Biblical teaching, spiritual nurturing and social and recreational activities for youth and young adults.

This position requires a call and passion for youth and young adult ministry, including creating and leading worship services. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred and a minimum of three years experience in youth and young adult ministries is required. This person must reflect a_noemailmitment to continual growth in the Word; strong leadership,_noemailmunication and administrative skills. This leader must be a team player and fulfill this role in accordance with RLC's mission and vision.
