Shepherding Leaders
Meet one-on-one with leaders 3-4 times each year.
Equip and develop leaders to meet group leader expectations.
Monitor the health, effectiveness and duration of groups.
Minister to and serve each leader.
Group Multiplication
Track group progress through 12-24 month duration
Ensure timely and effective multiplication of all groups.
Groups Events
Oversee three annual Group Link events.
Administration
Manage new leader process and follow up to capture accurate group information.
Oversee groups budgeting process.
Serve as primary contact for all group leaders and general groups inquiries.
Maintain and update_noemailmunity group information in Fellowship One.
Report monthly on group attendance and participation.
Coordinate child-care with Director of Children's Ministry for short-term groups.
Make room reservations for short-term groups.
Prepare coaches meeting agendas and handouts.
REQUIREMENTS
Interest and giftedness in_noemailmunity groups concepts and practices. Desired strengths in administrative management, strategic thinking, strong execution, follow-up, and accountability. Proven effectiveness in leadership and coaching relationships.
Skilled_noemailmunicator in one-on-one or small group situations.
Proven demonstration of group leader best practices.
Organized and detail oriented.
Contribute fresh, new ideas focused on growing_noemailmunity group participation and helping people take next steps.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Occasional weekends for trainings and events.
