Job Description:

The Worship and Arts Pastor must exhibit a strong personal walk with Christ, be passionate about leading the church in worship and a Pastors heart. The Worship and Arts Pastor will lead the congregation weekly in corporate worship. They must be able to recruit, direct and lead a Choir, worship team and band. The must be skilled in technologies such as Worship planning software, sound, lighting and notation software. This person should be skilled vocally and instrumentally. Seasonal productions for Christmas, Easter and summer. Nights of Worship. Creative. Team minded. Additional responsibilities will be discussed.
