Responsibilities include leading, encouraging, nurturing and developing all ministry leaders; working with ministry leaders to develop goals that reflected the shared vision for the year; meet with direct reports on a a regular basis to ensure_noemailpliance with deadlines and that their performance reflects the vision articulated by the lead pastor; develop a culture of excellence, a modeling of faithful stewardship and an orientation toward the goals set as a team; institute continuous improvement systems in areas of decision making, planning and time management; facilitate the annual strategic planning process; lead initiatives including budget planning, outreach fundraising and capital improvement fundraising.
